Vanessa just helped me with my first home purchase and I am very happy with the financing experience! I have a very busy schedule and often not able to respond to txt or calls in day time, I  like how she is able to work after hours so flexibly, even when I call her some times at 7pm 8pm at night she still answers my call! And she is extremely patient, I have a lot of questions on everything since it's my first time buying a home, and Vanessa is incredibly knowledgeable to answer all my questions and make me feel at ease on this seems to be stressful home buying process. I had the pleasure to work very closely with Vanessa while representing mutual buyer clients of ours on a home purchase in El Monte. My chinese is what we call Chinglish and our clients only spoke Cantonese/mandarin so I struggled to explain the process clearly. Then comes Vanessa to the rescue! Vanessa's chinese is very professional and on-point - combine that with her calm composure, it made our clients feel comfortable with the home buying process. Vanessa was not obligated to be so involved with the process on the realtor side but she more than willingly helped me with the translations. She was on conference calls with me, group text messages, and even called the client directly at odd hours of the night to resolve our issues to make everything go smoothly. I was very appreciative of her gesture and the value that she provided. Even after close of escrow she still checks in! Thank you so much for all your help, Vanessa!
